Valencia CF have been visited by 18 executives from the main clubs in South Korea and five executives from the K League, one of the most prestigious leagues in Southeast Asia, through a joint initiative with LaLiga. The aim is to strengthen synergies through the exchange of knowledge and experience.
Representatives of Gangwon FC, Gimcheon Sangmu, Gimpo Citizen, Daejeon Hana Citizen, Busan IPark, Bucheon 1995, FC Seoul, Seoul E-land FC, Suwon Samsung Bluewings, Ulsan Hyundai, Incheon United, Jeonnam Dragons, Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors, Jeju United, Chungnam Asan FC and Pohang Steelers were able to learn first-hand how the club works in different facets at Mestalla.
Valencia CF's Marketing and Commercial Director, Jorge García, was in charge of welcoming the executives of the K League clubs and introducing presentations from different departments.
Luis Martínez, Director of the VCF Academy, explained the management model of the VCF Academy, with a methodology exported to 55 countries around the world.
Franco Segarra, Director of Innovation, talked about Fan Engagement, while Pablo Pérez, the club's Global Business Development Manager, explained the keys to Valencia CF's international strategy. Eduard Castell, Business Stadium Manager, talked about the use of the stadium on non-match days.
After this productive day, those in attendance have been invited to watch Wednesday night's LaLiga game against Real Sociedad at Mestalla.
